2.2 Please list the team's main activities (including any subteam/subcommittee activities) and outcomes for those activities since the Goal/Priority/SI opening or since the last update.

2.3 How do these activities further the work of the team and align with one or more of the team's objectives or expected outcomes?

2.4 Describe the team's progress made toward reaching its objectives.

2.5 If there were any difficulties or if a project objective/outcome changed as the Goal/Priority/SI work progressed, please briefly describe.

2.6 Please describe any data needs, including how this data/information will support the work of this Goal/Priority/SI team.

2.7 Does this team foresee any need for financial support in the next 6 months?
